This is a Deltrol 10VDC / 16W Solenoid Coil #10225-98 with Dual Spade, Series 8 (hole diameter is 1/2″). It is also SPX Stone/Fenner part number EF-1096, and is used on a variety of hydraulic power unit applications for snow plows, dump trailers, dump trucks, landscape vehicles, boat lifts, auto hoists, etc.
