SPX Stone/Fenner 12 VDC Standard Duty Electric Motor. This motor is commonly used on SPX Stone/Fenner hydraulic power units for snow plow and boat lift marine applications. It is a top choice for customer specific applications and OEM manufacturers who require an extra protective coating on the motor housing. It is also used for a variety of other applications including landscape trailers, tow trucks, wreckers, dump trailers, dump trucks, lift gates, etc. where the motor can be exposed to corrosive elements such as salt and excessive moisture. The motor is single-terminal. It has a black powdercoat finish for extra protection against the elements. This motor can be substituted for the popular SPX Stone/Fenner 1787-AC when extra protection is required.
